Introducing Valiant on Fogo

What is Valiant?

Valiant is a spot DEX built on Fogo’s.
It settles trades in ≤40ms and leverages Fogo’s extreme bandwidth for CEX-tier latency — all on-chain.
With Valiant, you keep your keys, cut counterparty risk, and trade in transparent markets at full speed.

It removes the compromises of traditional exchanges: no withdrawal delays, no hidden tiers, and no opaque market makers trading against you.

Functionality

To start using Valiant, head over to Valiant dapp, connect your wallet, and configure your Fogo Session.

The app has three main tabs:

• Trade — buy and sell tokens available on Valiant.
• Pools — provide liquidity or create your own pools.
• Positions — track your liquidity, earnings, and manage withdrawals.

Pools

In the Pools tab, you can join existing pools or create your own token pool.
Simply hold both tokens in your wallet, choose how much you want to deposit, and click Deposit.
Advanced settings let you customize deposits, even with a single token.

Positions

In the Positions tab, you can view the pools you’ve contributed to.
Add liquidity, collect fees, or withdraw tokens — all with instant settlement thanks to Fogo’s speed.

Token Creation

Valiant also allows you to create your own token directly from the app:

1. Go to the Pools tab and click +Create Token.
2. Choose a name, symbol, picture, and description.
3. Set the token supply and click Deploy Token.
4. Create a market by pairing your new token with another and setting its price.
5. Deploy the market, and your token becomes tradable on Valiant.
